I broke my toe this summer.
It slowed me down a bit, but I’m on the comeback now.
Do not suggest a parent-kid softball game when no opponent
shows up to play your daughter’s team and then play catcher with no gear. One fast pitch straight to my big toe took me
out.
I’m finally walking and running again.
I got a weighted vest last year and have really enjoyed it.

I like how it makes me work harder when I strap it on - walk faster, breathe deeper.
It definitely gets me huffing.

and there is really no excuse for not being able to walk. Get outside people.
